1 农村集镇公共场所卫生问题1.1 管理队伍素质较差 以江苏省东台市为例,该市有30个乡镇,每个乡镇卫生院防保组有1名兼职公共场所卫生检查员,代理卫生监督员完成监督监测任务,但其人员整体素质不高。他们中有卫生专业毕业文凭的不足40％,多数卫生检查员专业基础理论较差,仅参加过公共场所卫生监督短期培训班,对监督文书书写、监督监测程序、公共场所卫生管理知识掌握甚少。另一方面卫生检查员兼职多,人员经常变换,队伍不稳定,难以很好地完成农村集镇公共场所卫生管理工作。
