运动员赛前心理状态是否稳定、心理能量储备是否充足,对竞赛结果有着重要影响,而心理储备来源于日积月累的行之有效的心理训练。在高级别、高水平的竞赛中,训练有素的学生运动员(以下简称运动员)有时也会出现运动水平发挥失常现象,原因各异,但源自于心理训练方面的原因包括以下三种:一是运动员参加高级别大型体育竞赛的机会少、实战经验少;二是带训教师不够重视心理训练,以致安排的心理训练
The stability of the athlete’s psychological state before the game and the adequacy of psychological energy reserves have an important influence on the outcome of the competition. The psychological reserve is derived from effective psychological training that has accumulated over time. In high-level, high-level competitions, well-trained student athletes (hereinafter referred to as athletes) may sometimes experience abnormalities in exercise levels for various reasons. However, the reasons for psychological training include the following three: It is less chance for athletes to participate in high-level large-scale sports competitions and less actual combat experience; second is that training teachers do not pay enough attention to psychological training and thus arrange psychological training.
