在11月27日至12月1日举行的省十届人大常委会第二十八次会议上,与老百姓息息相关的《广东省食品安全条例》草案被提交审议。当“苏丹红”、“瘦肉精”事件在人们心里的阴影尚未消除之际,近期“红心鸭蛋”、“多宝鱼事件”又再一次让市民对上述食品忘而却步。用立法来保障食品安全成为成千上万人民的呼声,也自然引起社会各界的热切关注。《广东省食品安全条例》是2006年度省人大常委会立法计划项目。在今年省“两会”期间,沈演泉、江波等35名代表提出关于尽快制定食品安全条例的议案。今年初,立法工作开始启动,从调研、起草、论证到草案定稿,历经十几稿。在审议时,有委员指山,食品从生产到消费链条很长,我国还没有统一的法律法规,《广东省食品安全条例》的出台非常重要。在省人大财经委的审议意见中,
