多年来,我厂5t/h倒大双冷风冲天炉,使用徐州生产的冶金焦,由于生产条件限制,故焦炭的质量不够稳定。其主要成分(％)为:固定碳72～76,灰分12～22,挥发分1.3～8.6,硫0.6～0.8。强度低,气孔率大,断口呈黑色,还有煤矸石,块度不均匀,其中块度小于30mm的占15～20％,用于5t/h倒大双冷风冲天炉,在炉型尺寸及所用原材料不变的条件下,铁水出炉温度只有1360～1370℃。
