近年来,分析化学工作者研究了钼-邻位酚酞族显色剂-长碳链季胺盐三元络合物法测定微量钼,大大提高了测定钼的灵敏度。本文研究BPR(邻位酚酞类溴邻苯三酚红)-CTAB(长碳链季胺盐类十六烷基三甲基澳化铵)-钼三元络合物分光光度法,并制定测定水和废水中微量钼的新方法。钼被富集后,可测定水和污水中含量为ppb 的钼。经过几年的实践应用证明,本方法简单、快速、灵敏,准确度高、选择性好,显色快而稳定。
