Gaming teaching is a teaching strategy that integrates discipline education and game entertainment, which is in line with the psychology of primary school students. Under the new curriculum concept, the core of information technology teaching is no longer to teach students simple skills, but should pay attention to cultivate students ’innovative spirit and practical ability, focusing on the improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability. Gamification teaching provides new ideas for the teaching of information technology in elementary schools.
