熔劑的製造(下) (3)熔劑的質量檢驗自動焊熔剂应当經过下列檢驗:(1)化学成分的檢定,(2)微粒的組成,(3)焊接試驗,(4)濕度檢定,(5)堆散重量的檢定。 (1)化学成分的檢定: 化学分析应檢定熔剂的主要成分SiO_2、MnO、CaO、MgO、R_2O_3,而其他成分FeO、CaF_2、S、和P則根据具体情况选定。熔剂的一切成分都必須符合[表十五]所列的容許範圍。但是要得到相当正確的化学分析結果是困难的;因为分析时,矽可能和氟化合成氟化矽而蒸發,使矽量減少,也可能因氧化鈣和氧化镁代替了氧化錳而提高。除此之外,氟的預先測定亦感困难,因此化学分析的結果
