党的十七届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》提出,加快多层次资本市场体系建设,显著提高直接融资比重。积极发展债券市场,稳步发展场外交易市场和期货市场。分析我国未上市公司股权交易特点,有利于学习贯彻党的十七届五中全会精神,推进我国建设全面小康社会。
The “Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development” passed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposes to speed up the construction of a multi-level capital market system and significantly increase the proportion of direct financing. Actively develop the bond market and steadily develop OTC and futures markets. Analyzing the characteristics of equity trading of unlisted companies in our country is conducive to studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and pushing forward the building of an overall well-to-do society in our country.
