根据训练经验和项群理论,提出难美项群优秀女少年选手定向心理早熟假说.通过对我国优秀选手及对照组的心理测试,结合训练竞赛现场观察等途径确认,与同龄对照组相比,难美项群组有明显的定向心理早熟特征,主要表现在敢为性、敏感性、意志品质及情绪稳定性等方面.定向心理早熟的成因主要为:早期专项化的经历,动作惊险性的磨砺,艺术美的陶冶,大量失败的体验,“自我竞争”的激励和大龄队员的影响.
