改革开放以来我国经济社会有了长足的进步,但是长期以来我国粗放式土地应用,使得土地资源利用效率极其地下,并且引发了诸多的社会和环境问题。统筹区域产业土地应用,为我国区域产业土地提出指明了新的发展方向。本文通过分析当前我国出现的土地应用方面出现的问题,结合我国具体国情给出了区域产业土地应用统筹发展的一些思路和建议,希望能都对我国土地建设应用起到促进的作用。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy and society have made great strides, but for a long time, the extensive land use in our country has made the utilization of land resources extremely inefficient and triggered many social and environmental problems. Co-ordinating the application of regional industrial land, pointing out a new direction for the development of China’s regional industrial land. Based on the analysis of the current problems in land application in our country and the specific national conditions in our country, some ideas and suggestions for the overall development of regional industrial land use are given. It is hoped that all of these will contribute to the land use and construction in our country.
