目的了解泰安市蚊密度季节消长及其种群构成,掌握优势种群对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为制定有效的防控方案提供科学依据。方法随机选择城区居民区、公园、医院、农村民房、牲畜棚各1处作为固定监测点,采用诱蚊灯法进行蚊密度监测,抗药性试验采用浸渍法。结果全年共捕获蚊类2种4 866只,平均蚊密度为2.5只/(灯·h),其中,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占99.9%。蚊密度季节消长呈明显的单峰曲线,6月形成密度高峰。不同生境蚊密度不同,牲畜棚蚊密度最高,达7.8只/(灯·h);其次为农户2.9只/(灯·h);公园蚊密度1.4只/(灯·h)。不同生境蚊密度季节消长曲线略有不同,牲畜棚蚊密度季节消长呈明显的单峰趋势,密度高峰集中在6月。公园蚊密度季节消长呈双峰趋势,密度高峰集中在6月和8月。淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂敏感的是高效氯氰菊酯和氯菊酯,产生抗药性的是溴氰菊酯,其抗性倍数分别是敏感品系的1.42、2.38和5.00倍。结论泰安市蚊密度水平较高,淡色库蚊是重点防控蚊种。建议采取环境治理为基础,在蚊密度高峰期采取综合防治的防蚊措施。
Objective To understand the seasonal fluctuation and population composition of mosquito density in Tai’an, master the resistant status of dominant species to commonly used insecticides and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control programs. Methods One randomly selected urban residential areas, parks, hospitals, rural houses, livestock shed as a fixed monitoring point, the use of mosquito lamp method mosquito density monitoring, drug resistance test using immersion method. Results A total of 4 866 mosquito species were caught in the year with an average mosquito density of 2.5 / (lamp · h), of which Culex pipiens pallens were dominant mosquito species, accounting for 99.9%. The seasonal fluctuation of mosquito density showed a unimodal curve, with a peak in June. The density of mosquitoes in different habitats was the highest, reaching the highest in mosquito sheds, reaching 7.8 / (lamp · h), followed by 2.9 households / (lamp · h) and mosquito density 1.4 / (lamp · h). The mosquito density in different habitats showed a slightly different seasonal fluctuation curve. The mosquito density in livestock sheds showed a significant single peak during the season, with the density peak concentrated in June. The mosquito density of the park showed a double-peaked trend of decline and peak density in June and August. Culex pipiens pallens sensitive to commonly used insecticides are beta-cypermethrin and permethrin, the resistance is deltamethrin, the resistance fold of sensitive strains were 1.42,2.38 and 5.00 times. Conclusion The mosquito density in Tai’an is high, and Culex pipiens pallens are the key mosquito species. It is recommended to take environmental control as the basis and take integrated anti-mosquito measures at the peak mosquito density.
