对 66例脑瘫患儿进行了脑电地形图 ( BEAM)检查 ,并与同步脑电图 ( EEG)、头颅 CT进行了对比分析。结果 :脑瘫患儿 BEAM改变主要是δ或θ频段功率升高 ,α频段功率降低。对 CT有局灶性改变的患儿 ,BEAM多能显示与 CT病变部位一致的局灶δ或θ高功率区 ,范围较 CT大。提示 :脑电地形图检查安全、迅速、经济、无损伤 ,可定量分析大脑功能损害的情况 ,而 CT则可反映大脑结构的改变 ,两者结合对于判断脑瘫患儿的大脑形态及功能的变化具有重要意义
Sixty-six children with cerebral palsy underwent BEAM examination and compared with synchronous electroencephalogram (EEG) and cranial CT. Results: The changes of BEAM in children with cerebral palsy were mainly the increase of δ or θ frequency band power and the decrease of α frequency band power. For children with focal changes of the CT, BEAM is able to show a focal δ or θ high power zone that is consistent with the lesion site of the CT, much larger than the CT. Tip: EEG topographic examination of safe, rapid, economical, non-destructive, quantitative analysis of brain damage, and CT can reflect changes in brain structure, the combination of both to determine the cerebral palsy children with changes in brain morphology and function It is of great significance
