《三峡库区经济开发与移民开发战略》，是《三峡库区经济开发与移民开发研究》的第一子课题。此课题以区域经济学、发展经济学和经济发展战略学为理论指导。以三峡库区区情和库区移民环境容量为依据，系统论证了三峡库区移民开发与经济开发的战略目标、战略任务、战略阶段等，重点论证了三峡库区经济开发与移民开发的战略途径。此研究成果为三峡库区的经济开发与移民开发战略规划的制定及其实践提供了可靠的科学依据和可行的措施，必书对国家三峡库区移民领导机关和库区各县（市）政府起到应有的咨询作用。
The “Three Gorges Reservoir Area Economic Development and Migration Development Strategy” is the first sub-topic of “Research on Economic Development and Immigration Development in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area”. This subject is guided by regional economics, development economics and economic development strategy theory.
