本文从代谢障碍方面探讨了糖尿病周围神经病变的发生机制,认为糖尿病周围神经病变是由于葡萄糖的活化障碍及脂肪代谢障碍引起,包括山梨醇旁路代谢增强,肌醇代谢障碍。并观察了康络素能促进神经的生长,使神经细胞功能早日恢复;它能进入细胞膜,使胞膜上的 Na~+—K~+—ATP 酶活化;还具有周围神经镇痛作用。
This article explores the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy from the perspective of metabolic disorders and argues that diabetic peripheral neuropathy is caused by dysregulation of glucose and dyslipidemia, including increased by-pass sorbitol metabolism and myo-inositol metabolism. It is observed that Kangluosu can promote the growth of the nerve and restore the function of the nerve cell as soon as possible. It can enter the cell membrane to activate the Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase on the cell membrane and also have the analgesic effect of the peripheral nerve.
