目的了解茶山镇学生结核菌感染情况,为该地区防控结核病提供依据。方法对茶山镇2010年和2011年的入学新生开展PPD试验,采用统一的疫苗和接种方法,并按照有关标准进行阳性判断。结果 2 583名学生的阳性率为49.17%,强阳性占阳性者的42.05%,不同性别、户籍间的阳性率差异无统计学意义,12岁以上年龄组阳性率高于12岁以下年龄组,有卡痕组阳性率高于无卡痕组。结论 PPD试验是一种简单易行的监测结核感染的方法,根据试验结果采取不同防治措施,可有效控制结核病在学校的传播和流行。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among students in Chashan town, and to provide basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in this area. Methods The PPD test was carried out for freshmen in Chashan Town in 2010 and in 2011. The vaccine and vaccination method were used uniformly and the positive judgment was made according to the relevant standards. Results The positive rate of 2 583 students was 49.17% and the strong positive ones were 42.05%. There was no significant difference in the positive rates among different sexes and domiciles. The positive rates in the age group above 12 years old were higher than those in the age group below 12 years old, There is a positive rate of kappa marks group than without mark group. Conclusions PPD test is a simple and easy method to monitor tuberculosis infection. According to the test results, different control measures can be taken to effectively control the spread and prevalence of tuberculosis in schools.
