不育与习惯性流产的病因颇为复杂,其中不少一部分与精子受精能力(不育)或染色体异常(不育及习惯性流产)有关。1976年Yanagimachi首创人精子与去除透明带金黄地鼠卵体外受精技术以测定人精子的受精能力的方法。此后不少报道证明,这种方法检测不育比精液常规分析的准确率更高。1978年Rudak建立了人精子染色体组成的直接分析法,为精子染色体分析的临床应用提供了可能性。本文报道4例不育,6例习惯性流产配偶男方的精子体外受精能力以及染色体检查的结果。
The causes of infertility and habitual abortion are quite complex, many of which are related to sperm fertility (infertility) or chromosomal abnormalities (infertility and habitual abortion). 1976 Yanagimachi pioneered sperm and removal of zona pellucida ova IVF technique to determine human sperm fertility. Since then, many reports prove that this method of detection of infertility higher than the accuracy of routine analysis of semen. In 1978 Rudak established a direct analysis of human sperm chromosome composition, which provided the possibility of clinical application of sperm chromosome analysis. This paper reports the results of in vitro fertilization and chromosomal examination of spermatozoa in 4 infertile and 6 habitual abortion couples.
