近几年我国炼油行业加大了结构调整和技术改造力度,产业结构和布局明显改善,产品质量显著提高。但由于油价高企、国内油气资源不足、原油与成品油“价格倒挂”以及环保要求不断提高等因素,我国的炼油行业面临着严峻的挑战。因此,必须在国家政策的支持下,自身向内挖掘潜力,继续抓好“节能降耗,降本增效”工作,全面增强炼油业的竞争力。
In recent years, China’s oil refining industry has stepped up structural adjustment and technological transformation efforts. The industrial structure and layout have been significantly improved, and the product quality has significantly increased. However, due to the high oil prices, the lack of domestic oil and gas resources, crude oil and refined oil “price upside down” and environmental protection requirements continue to increase and other factors, China’s oil refining industry is facing severe challenges. Therefore, we must, with the support of national policies, tap the potentials inward and continue to do a good job of “saving energy, reducing costs and increasing profits”, and comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of the oil refining industry.
