对传统的抗蛇毒中草药拮抗内皮素(ET-1)和蛇毒(S6b)的作用进行了初步研究。结果发现,在整体动物的急性毒性保护作用中,红背丝绸、通城虎的水提物与醇提物具有拮抗ET-1的作用,且醇提物的拮抗活性强于水提物;小叶三点金、通城虎、红背丝绸、徐长卿、雄黄莲等水提物亦具有拮抗ET-1的作用;红背丝绸、通城虎、徐长卿等醇提物对蛇毒S6b具有与拮抗ET-1相同的作用;红背丝绸、通城虎和徐长卿的醇提物能舒张ET-1对大鼠离体主动脉肌条的缩血管作用,该作用呈现剂量依赖性。药效动力学参数分析表明,红背丝绸与通城虎醇提物拮抗ET-1的效应近似,而徐长卿则作用较弱。实验结果提示,传统的抗蛇毒药物对ET-1有一定的拮抗作用。
A preliminary study was conducted to antagonize the effects of traditional Chinese herbal medicines against venom (ET-1) and snake venom (S6b). As a result, it was found that in the acute toxicity protection of the whole animal, the aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of red-backed silk and Tongcheng tiger have the effect of antagonizing ET-1, and the antagonistic activity of the alcohol extract is stronger than that of the aqueous extract; The water extracts of three golds, Tongchenghu, Red back silk, Xu Changqing, and Xionghuanglian also have antagonistic effects on ET-1; alcohol extracts such as red back silk, Tongcheng Hu and Xu Changqing have antagonistic effects on venom S6b. The same effects of ET-1; alcohol extracts of red back silk, Tongcheng Hu and Xu Changqing can relax the vasoconstrictive effect of ET-1 on isolated rat aortic muscle strips, and this effect is dose-dependent. The pharmacodynamic parameters analysis showed that the effects of red back silk and alcohol extracts of Tongchenghu on antagonizing ET-1 were similar, but Xu Changqing had a weaker effect. The experimental results suggest that the traditional anti-venom drugs have certain antagonistic effects on ET-1.
