发展是企业战略的惟一目的。但是企业的发展战略到底又能解决企业的什么问题,我想有很多人并不清楚。 从一定意义上讲,企业战略管理解决的是企业发展方向、核心优势、资源优化配置等等诸多的问题。但有一点必须要清楚:企业战略管理其实质是解决企业的发展问题,而不是解决企业增长的问题,企业的战略管理实际上是企业战略的统筹管理。 管理学界很早就提出“做正确的事比正确地做事更重要”。什么叫正确的事,企业管理的战略管理解决的就是“正确的事”——就是用超乎一般的理智和谋略去把握未来企业的发展方向。
Development is the sole purpose of a business strategy. However, the development strategy of enterprises in the end can solve any business problems, I think a lot of people do not know. However, one thing must be clear: The essence of strategic management of enterprises is to solve the problems of the development of enterprises rather than the problems of the growth of enterprises. The strategic management of enterprises is actually the overall management of the enterprise strategy. The management profession has long put forward that “doing the right thing is more important than doing the right thing.” What is the right thing to do, the strategic management of business management is to solve the “right thing” is to use more than the general reason and strategy to grasp the future direction of business development.
