作者认为：在中国建立现代企业制度须以邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为指南，目的是找到公有制与市场经济有机结合的微观实现形式，找到国有经济在市场经济条件下有效的企业组织形式。而有中国特色的现代企业制度应具体体现在：要确立企业党组织在企业中的政治核心地位和作用；要建立和完善职工民主管理制度；要凸现企业命运共同体等若干方面。
The author believes that the establishment of a modern enterprise system in China must be guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The purpose is to find the microscopic realization form of the organic combination of public ownership and market economy, and find out the effective organizational form of state-owned economy under the conditions of market economy. . The modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics should be embodied in: establishing the political core position and role of the enterprise party organization in the enterprise; establishing and perfecting the democratic management system for employees; highlighting the corporate fate community and other aspects.
