目的:研究不同规格肾茶插穗与遮荫度对肾茶扦插苗质量的影响,为其制定种苗繁育技术规程提供依据。方法:从插穗的粗度、长度、带叶与否、切口形状与不同遮荫度条件下对扦插苗的新枝数、新技高、叶数、新枝粗、根长、根冠、生根率等七项指标的影响进行比较研究。结果:粗插穗(6 mm以上)的扦插苗的新枝数显著低于中粗(4~6 mm)与细插穗(2~4 mm);30 cm插穗的扦插苗的新枝数显著高于15 cm与20 cm的插穗,而根长、生根率显著低于后两者;带叶插穗的新枝高显著高于无叶插穗;斜口插穗的生根率显著高于平口插穗;不同遮荫度对扦插苗无显著影响。结论:粗度在4~6mm、长度在15 cm、带叶且斜面切口插穗是繁殖肾茶扦插苗的最佳选择。
Objective: To study the influence of cuttings and shading degree of different specifications on the quality of cuttings of Kidney tea, and to provide the basis for formulating technical regulations of seedling breeding. Conclusion: The thickness of 4 ~ 6mm, length of 15 cm, with cut leaves and beveled incision cuttings is the best choice for breeding.
