目的:研究低频超声作用下,体外实验中草酸钙晶体的大小及形态变化。方法:配置氯化钙和草酸钠溶液作为反应初始溶液,在(37±0.5)℃恒温水浴箱,将两者按3个不同浓度分别混合后得到草酸钙晶体。实验分超声组和对照组,超声组置入低频超声波清洗机(超声发生频率:40kHz)内槽,固定超声功率(330 W,对应超声声强为0.5W/cm2)及作用时间(15min)加以作用;对照组不加处理,相同时间下自然结晶。晶体形成后通过光镜和电镜观察草酸钙晶体的形态及直径。结果:3个浓度下,超声组处理后得到的草酸钙晶体直径均明显较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且超声作用效果随着反应物浓度的增加而逐渐增强。草酸钙晶体形态在超声作用后改变不明显。结论:低频超声对体外实验草酸钙晶体的直径有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the size and morphological changes of calcium oxalate crystals in vitro under the action of low frequency ultrasound. Methods: Calcium chloride and sodium oxalate solution were prepared as the initial solution of the reaction.
