本文研究了在生理和病理情况下紫外线对巨噬细胞、多形核白细胞和淋巴细胞系统结构与功能状态的作用。作者将35只家兔分成4个实验组和3个对照组(每组5只),实验组包括健康家免、患肺炎两周与两月的家兔。实验组每只以PT-475型紫外线灯,距离70cm,照射背部脊柱旁脱毛皮肤,从0.5逐渐增加到3个生物剂最,两组健康家兔分别照射14和21天。肺炎两周组从病史第一天起照射14次。炎症两月组,从病变第31天起照射3周。对照组不照射紫外线。对上述家免组血液内、气管内、腹腔内的吞噬细胞和淋巴细胞的细胞化学(脱氧核糖核蛋白—DNP,核糖核蛋白—RNP,蛋白质、酸性磷酸酶)进行了研究。并根据细胞中反应终末产物,按结构特征分布的情况来估价吞噬细胞和淋巴细胞中分解微粒膜之通透性.采集的每张涂片不得少于100个细胞,并计算细胞化学的平均指数。免的肺组织切片用苏
This article studies the effects of UV on the structure and function of macrophages, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and lymphocytes under physiological and pathological conditions. The authors divided 35 rabbits into 4 experimental groups and 3 control groups (5 per group). The experimental group included healthy donors, rabbits with pneumonia for two weeks and two months.
