目的探讨西米替丁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎(毛支)的疗效。方法将64例毛支患儿随机分为两组,两组均采用综合治疗,观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用西米替丁,治疗剂量10~15 mg/(kg.d),用生理盐水稀释静滴,疗程7 d,对治疗前后症状、体征持续时间及治愈率等进行比较。结果观察组与对照组比较气促消失及心率正常时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在肺部哮鸣音消失、咳嗽消失方面观察组与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两组肺部X线恢复计算相对数(%)两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西米替丁佐治小儿毛支,可缩短病程,提高治愈率,疗效确切,且方便、经济、安全,可作为佐治毛支的主要药物。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cimetidine on bronchiolitis in children. Methods Sixty-four children with branch of the branch of hair were randomly divided into two groups. Conclusion Cimetidine treatment of children hair branch, can shorten the course of the disease, improve the cure rate, the exact effect, and convenient, economical, safe, can be used as the main branch of the treatment of hair medicine.
