随着就业市场对应用型的高职院校不断扩大的人才需求,实践与理论相结合的课堂教学模式成为教学改革的趋势,对于动手能力要求较高的市场营销专业而言尤为重要。本文以广东食品药品职业学院化妆品营销专业实训周为例,通过营销实训等模式,实践教学目标以及教学重点和难点,完善人才培养方案对于综合技能和素质目标的要求,使学生真正做到“学以致用”。
With the continuous expansion of employment demand for higher vocational colleges in the job market, the combination of practice and theory in classroom teaching has become a trend of teaching reform.
