本文作者在豚鼠鼓膜上采用点墨的方法来研究鼓膜上皮的移行特点及穿孔和通气管插入对移行过程的影响。研究材料为豚鼠的299个鼓膜,均在全麻下进行。在手术显微镜下用1mm 直径的纤细金属丝蘸1%龙胆紫进行点染。68个正常鼓膜点了115点,182个急性穿孔鼓膜点了182点,穿孔鼓膜的墨点除在其穿孔边缘上的以外一般都点在距穿孔边缘不少于0.5mm 处。通气管采用直径为1~2mm 的“T”形硅橡胶管,其点染方法与穿孔
The author of this study used dot ink on the tympanic membrane of guinea pigs to study the migration characteristics of the tympanic membrane epithelium and the effects of perforation and ventilation tube insertion on the migration process.
