肺炎支原体(MP)是呼吸道感染的常见病原。我们应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测Mp一DNA,该方法具有早期,快速、敏感,特异性高等特点。75例疑MP感染患儿的咽分泌物标本,阳性30例(40%)。MP感染大多数引起鼻咽炎、支气管炎、不典型肺炎。通过分析发病年龄,我们发现5岁~11岁年龄组感染率最高,1岁~3岁组次之,最小患病年龄为4个月,表明MP感染向低龄儿方向发展。PCR可以早期、快速对MP感染做出诊断,对我们研究MP感染帮助很大,可以使我们重新认识MP的发病率。
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is a common cause of respiratory infections. We use polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect Mp-DNA, which has the characteristics of early, rapid, sensitive and high specificity. Thirty cases of pharyngeal secretions from 75 cases of suspected MP infection were positive (30%). Most MP infections cause nasopharyngitis, bronchitis, atypical pneumonia. By analyzing the age of onset, we found that the highest infection rate in the 5-year-old age group, followed by the 1-year-old to 3-year-old group, the minimum age of illness was 4 months, indicating that MP infection to the younger children direction. PCR can be early, rapid diagnosis of MP infection, the study of our MP infection help a lot, we can re-recognize the incidence of MP.
