皮肤是最直接与外界接触的器官,覆盖于整个体表,起到了重要的屏障作用:一方面保护体内各种器官和组织免受外界环境中的机械性、物理性、化学性和生物性有害因素的侵袭,另一方面防止组织内的各种营养物质、水分、电解质丧失,从而保持机体内环境的相对稳定,减少皮肤疾病的发生。皮肤屏障不仅受角质细胞及其脂质结构改变的影响,还受金属离子、各种酶类及激素的调节。经常暴露于干燥环境、紫外线、毒物、微粒等外源性刺激可能造成皮肤角质层完整性受到破坏,最终导致皮肤屏障受损。“,”Covering the entire surface, skin is the organ most directly contacted with the outside and plays an important role as a barrier. On the one hand, skin protects organs and tissues from the attack of mechanical, physical, chemical and biological harmful factors. On the other hand, it prevents the loss of all kinds of nutrients, water, electrolyte, so as to maintain a relatively stable internal environment and reduce the occurrence of skin diseases. The skin barrier was not only affected by keratin cells and the structure change of lipid but also by the influence of metal ions and the regulation of various enzymes and hormones. Regular exposure to exogenous stimulus such as dry environment, UV series, poison, particles may lead to the destruction of the integrity of cuticle, and eventually lead to impairment of skin barrier. In this paper, research progresses of the influencing factors on skin physical barrier function was reviewed as follows.
