随着时代的发展,学生工作将面临更多富有挑战性的新困难、新问题,这就要求高校辅导员立足当前的新情况,遵循学生工作的规律,积极探索新时期新形势下学生工作的新思路和新方法,实现辅导员由经验型向科研型的转变。本文根据广东某高校2012年10月开展的辅导员队伍建设的调研情况,分析了辅导员科研能力现状及存在的问题,并提出了提升辅导员科研能力的对策。
