本文报道对15例心内膜弹力纤维增生症(EFE)患儿进行了超声心动图检查,并与临床表现及胸片进行比较。超声心动图检查结果:14例左室或/和左房扩大,11例有心内膜增厚、回声增强。4例同时进行了左室收缩功能检查,射血比值及短轴缩短率均明显降低。作者认为,EFE的诊断仅靠临床表现容易漏诊,胸片检查缺乏特异性,而超声心动图检查异常检出率较高,并有心内膜增厚、回声增强等特征性表现,且为非创伤性,对EFE的早期诊断可能具有较高的价值。
This article reports the echocardiographic examination of 15 children with endocardial fibroelastosis (EFE) and compared with clinical manifestations and chest radiographs. Echocardiographic examination results: 14 cases of left ventricular and / or left atrial enlargement, 11 cases of endocardial thickening, echo enhancement. In 4 cases, left ventricular systolic function test was performed at the same time, and ejection ratio and short axis shortening rate were significantly reduced. The authors believe that the diagnosis of EFE is easily missed by the clinical manifestations only, the specificity of the chest radiography is poor, and the echocardiography has a higher detection rate of abnormalities, with the characteristic features of endocardial thickening and enhanced echogenicity, which are non-invasive The early diagnosis of EFE may be of high value.
