采用实地调研和情景假设法,对比分析了现场挂号后即时就诊与预约就诊两种诊疗模式下门诊挂号大厅内的人员数量分布及新风量需求。结果表明,开展预约就诊的医院挂号大厅一周内人数的日差异远小于采取现场挂号后即时门诊模式的医院,且新风需求量仅为后者的23.3%;采取预约就诊模式不仅能缩短患者排队等候时间,还能改善医院建筑室内空气品质,降低新风系统能耗;人员数量不断变化的门诊挂号大厅不宜采用定风量通风系统,应采用按需供应的通风模式,现场挂号、即时就诊模式的医院采用此通风模式节能效果更显著。
Field research and scenario hypotheses were used to analyze the distribution of numbers of people in the outpatient registration hall and the demand of fresh air volume in two kinds of medical treatment modes of on-the-spot visits and on-call visits after field registration. The results showed that the daily difference in the number of hospital registration halls with scheduled appointments was much less than that of hospitals with on-site immediate post-registration and the demand for fresh air was only 23.3% of the latter.
