本文介绍一座被大型打桩船严重撞伤的某大桥。H形下弦杆翼缘52~76mm厚的钢板束产生最大弯曲矢度达123mm,局部集中应力据推算已接近钢材屈服点。本文着重介绍了局部封闭式方形顶架的设计及顶力值估算、冷矫顶平施工采用的设备及具体操作方法和体会。由钢梁加固情况表明,钢结构杆件被撞弯曲后,应力分布紊乱,局部应力增大数倍,顶平后能基本恢复应力的正常状态;还证明以3号桥梁钢制造的大型钢梁的杆件,弯曲后在受力状态下,用冷作的方法是可以矫正其严重变形的。为今后运营铁路钢桥修复,提供了有参考价值的例证。
