工作指令沟通可分为下达指令和接受指令,从下达指令角度看:1.只要没有发生无法预测的灾难事件,就不许有越级的工作指令。上司主管只能给直接下属下达指令,不能直接给下属的下属下达指令。2.在下达指令前,必须把要通过沟通下达的指令内容全面系统地列成清单,以避免沟通时漏掉相关内容,给指令的执行带来不便。
Work order communication can be divided into issuing instructions and accepting instructions. From the point of view of issued instructions: 1. As long as there is no unpredictable catastrophic event, there is no work order that can be skipped. Supervising supervisors can only give direct orders to subordinates, and cannot directly give orders to subordinates. 2. Before the order is issued, the contents of the instructions to be communicated must be listed in a comprehensive and systematic manner in order to avoid missing the relevant contents during the communication and inconveniencing the execution of the instructions.
