用重组抗原进行简化试验,对监测抗麻疹病毒(MV)免疫力很重要。抗血凝素(H)蛋白抗体具有中和保护能力,作者在含有西门利克森林病毒复制子的哺乳动物表达系统中高效表达了重组MV-H。用单克隆抗体对该重组蛋白的抗原进行了研究,并通过ELISA(H-ELISA)对大样本人群检测了用该蛋白测定疫苗免疫状况的可行性。用中和(NT)试验、血凝抑制(HI)试验检测抗体水平及用市售全病毒ELISA(MV-ELISA)试剂盒检测MV特异性IgG,并与H-ELISA检测结果进行比较。
Simplified testing with recombinant antigens is important for monitoring anti-measles virus (MV) immunity. The anti-hemaglutinin (H) protein antibody has an ability to neutralize and the authors highly expressed recombinant MV-H in a mammalian expression system containing the virulent virulent strain of virion. The antigens of the recombinant protein were studied with monoclonal antibodies and the feasibility of using the proteins to test the immunological status of the vaccine was tested in large sample population by ELISA (H-ELISA). Antibody levels were measured using the neutralization (NT) assay, the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assay and the MV-specific IgG with a commercially available whole virus ELISA (MV-ELISA) kit and compared with the H-ELISA assay.
