目的:研究在不同的文化背景、环境、地理条件下汉族与少数民族正常儿童认知功能的差异。方法:采用声刺激诱发电位,靶与非靶两类不同音调声音刺激,对汉族、藏族、维吾尔族和哈萨克族儿童进行P300检测。结果:民族之间P300潜伏期差异无显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:P300检测可以代表受试者认知的真实水平,能客观敏税地窥知脑功能的状态,P300潜伏期的变化在评价儿童认知功能方面提供了客观的电生理指标。
Objective: To study the difference of cognitive function between Han nationality and normal minority children under different cultural background, environment and geographical conditions. Methods: P300 was detected in children of Han, Tibetan, Uygur and Kazakans by using different types of tonal stimuli such as evoked potential, target and non-target. Results: There was no significant difference in P300 latency between ethnic groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The P300 test can represent the true level of cognition in subjects and can objectively detect the state of brain function in a sensitive and tax-sensitive manner. The change of P300 latency provides objective electrophysiological indexes in evaluating children’s cognitive function.
