本文采用放射免疫方法,测定了10例水囊中期引产孕妇血浆与羊水中13、14—双—15酮—前列腺素 F (PGFM)和6—酮—前列腺素 F 浓度在引产过程中的动态变化.结果表明:随着引产过程的进展,血浆及羊水中前列腺素水平不断提高,流产前水平最高,流产后12~15小时降至引产前水平.测定结果认为:水囊引起中期妊娠流产,可能是水囊对子宫的机械牵拉与子宫内前列腺素合成与释放增加,共同刺激子宫肌收缩而导致流产.
