本文对锈层离海后在不同经历下的稳定性进行了研究。试样掛片离海后采用酒精浸泡去水,冷风吹干去除酒精,然后用环氧树脂涂封锈层,外面用气相防锈纸包扎并放入干燥器中进行保护。取样时,在氩气柜中取下锈层后立即放入充氩的试管中。再从试管中取出部分锈样放入有机玻璃制的穆斯堡尔譜样品盒,并将缝隙密封。这样的操作能保留极不稳定的Fe(OH)_2。如果让锈层与空气接触,则Fe(OH)_2很快分解消失,但其它物相可经历相当长的时间而不变化。物相是否发生了变化是根据穆斯堡尔谱判断的。
This paper studies the stability of the rust layer under different experiences after leaving the sea. Sample coupons from the sea after the use of alcohol soaked in water, cold air drying to remove alcohol, and then coated with rust-proof epoxy coating, the outside wrapped with vapor-proof paper and placed in the dryer for protection. Sampling, the Argon tank removed immediately after the rust into the argon tube. Then remove part of the rust from the test tube into the Plexiglas Mossbauer spectroscopy sample box, and the gap sealed. This operation can retain very unstable Fe (OH) _2. Fe (OH) 2 quickly decomposed and disappeared if the rust layer was exposed to the air, but the other phases did not change for a long time. Whether the phase has changed is judged on the basis of Mossbauer.
