欣苑是北京市石景山区新建的老干部活动站。它与风景幽美的古城公园相连,在建筑风格上与公园相互渗透、浑为一体,以融为公园的一景,成为“园中之园”。欣苑在1983年4月动工兴建,同年9月底竣工,占地3600m~2,建筑面积700m~2。平面布局中借鉴了北海画舫斋的一些手法。主入口向南,大门前形成一个安静的小胡同。前进为平房,在主轴线上有月洞贯通,后进为“晚晴轩”(二层)。两侧有附壁回廊连 Xinyuan is a newly established old cadre activity station in Shijingshan District, Beijing.
