从流化床具有良好的传热性能出发,通过对空心刚玉球作为粒子的流化床内设置各种形状的传热管件的研究,得出了这类流化床的流化特性及传热规律,并应用多元线性回归的方法整理出一系列指数方程式。进而,通过对烟气余热回收的系列流态化换热器的工业实验,获得了诸如总传热系数、管壁温度、烟气排放温度等很有参考价值的实验结果。本文还对系统配置、布风板型式等应用技术中的关键问题进行了探讨
