The January issue of the New Left Review of the British Journal January-February 2010 published an article entitled “Who Built the Ark?” By American scholar Mike Davis. He believes that the issue of global climate change is quite serious. The current mainstream solution remains Take the old road that mainly depends on the market and technology to solve the problem. The author believes that this old road is not feasible. To solve the current crisis, only the new urbanization path should be taken: there should be more in urban design and development
