主要就中药对内皮祖细胞的影响研究进行文献整理和分析。研究表明,内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是血管内皮细胞(endothelial cells,ECs)的前体细胞,可参与血管新生和内皮损伤后的修复,在心血管疾病的发生、发展中扮演了重要角色。中医药治疗心血管疾病有着悠久的历史,能够同时作用于疾病发生的不同环节,多途径、多环节、多靶点直接或间接地影响疾病的进程。一些中药能有效调节EPCs的功能,如影响其动员、分化、归巢、黏附等。全文从临床观察、动物实验、细胞培养等3个方面综述了中药对内皮祖细胞的有效影响,同时探讨了中药对内皮祖细胞的作用机制及目前研究存在问题,以期为心血管领域的中药应用和新药研发提供参考。中药调节EPCs的数量和功能在心血管疾病和肿瘤的防治中具有重要作用。中药结合材料学、生物医学等学科,有可能为最终打破重大疾病防治的瓶颈做出贡献。

Chinese medicine to regulate the number and function of EPCs plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and tumors.
