炎性体是由多种蛋白形成、能活化caspase-1的复合物,活化的caspase-1作用于IL-1β和IL-18前体分子并促进其分泌发挥生物学作用。NLRP3炎性体活化途径与2型糖尿病的发生发展过程中的代谢失衡、胰岛素抵抗性的产生和胰岛β细胞的功能紊乱密切相关,干预NLRP3炎性体的活化有望用于2型糖尿病的治疗。
The inflammasome is formed by a variety of proteins that activate the caspase-1 complex, and the activated caspase-1 acts on and promotes the secretion of IL-1β and IL-18 precursor molecules. The activation of NLRP3 is closely related to the imbalance of metabolism, the development of insulin resistance and the dysfunction of pancreatic islet β cells during the development of type 2 diabetes. The activation of NLRP3 inflammasome is expected to be used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
