为实现高水膨胀复合材料充填浆体的高效制备,设计了基于给水压能自助化制浆的离心制浆器,利用Fluent软件分析了离心制浆器内粉料与清水的混合过程与流场分布,通过数值模拟对离心制浆器的结构参数进行了优化,为离心制浆原理的工程应用提供了理论指导。
