在西安市东六路东端,正在兴建一座六层住宅楼,采用空心砖配竖向钢筋的新结构,全部用24厘米厚的墙承重,能抗八度地震,这是西北建筑设计院和西安市建工局的科研成果,是在西安冶金建筑学院及北京、四川等地科研单位的协作下,取得这种承重体系力学性质的大量数据基础上设计的。它是我国砖与砖混建筑设计、施工工艺改革的新发展。
At the east end of Dongliu Road in Xi’an, a six-story residential building is under construction. The new structure with hollow bricks and vertical rebar is used. It is fully loaded with 24cm thick walls and can resist octave earthquakes. This is the Northwest Building Design Institute and Xi’an City. The scientific research achievements of the Bureau of Construction Engineering were designed on the basis of a large amount of data obtained from the mechanical properties of this bearing system under the cooperation of Xi’an Metallurgical Architecture College and Beijing, Sichuan, and other places. It is a new development in China’s brick and masonry building design and construction process reform.
