目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定藿香中胡薄荷酮含量的方法。方法:以甲醇-0.2%乙酸铵溶液(70∶30)为流动相,Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,检测波长为252 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1。结果:胡薄荷酮进样量在0.211~2.111μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.2%。结论:该法结果准确、方法简便、分离度高,可用于藿香中胡薄荷酮的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of pulegone in Agastache rugosaki by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% ammonium acetate solution (70:30) and the column was Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 252 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of pulegone and 0.299 ~ 2.111μg r = 0.999 9 (n = 5). The average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, the method is simple, high resolution, and can be used for the determination of menthone in Agastache rugosa.
