1956年的假期活动我们是这样搞的。要搞好假期活动,先要解决领导问题。因为教师在假期里绝大多数回去休息了,虽然有轮班护校制度,但一、二个老师也难照顾四百多个学生。何况他们住得十分分散,离校最近的有五、六里路。唯一的办法就是发挥积极分子的作用。积极分子怎么找呢?只要我们留意孩子们的行动,就不难发现其中一定有几个小头脑在发号施令。这些小头脑会领导他周围的群众干一些好事,但也会干些坏事。他们是孩子们的小领袖,
