从分析网约车行业的出现是社会发展的必然趋势出发,深入分析了当前网约车行业的发展现状及其在发展过程中存在的问题。在此基础上有针对性的提出了网约车行业发展的积极对策,包括在合法背景下完善细则和做好监管两大方面,最后对网约车的行业发展前景进行了展望,以期为相关研究人员提供借鉴。
