我局第一工程处为了解决脚手架材料供应不足的困难,积极推广以钢代竹、以竹代木新技术,试制了6000余平方米(墙面面积)承插式钢管脚手架,代替了每次9000根毛竹的用量,并将节约下来的有限毛竹劈成竹片,编成2米长、1米宽的竹笆代替木脚手板。经过几个工程使用,各部位承插点都比较理想。由于采用插接、搭架,技术要求不高,搭拆不用工具,省时间,省体力,比用销钉、螺栓、扣件等
In order to solve the difficulty of inadequate supply of scaffolding materials, the Agency’s first project office actively promoted the use of steel-based bamboo and bamboo-to-wood technology to trial-produce more than 6,000 square meters (wall area) of socket steel pipe scaffolding instead of each time.
