儿童歌曲问题是一个重要问题。造成目前状况的原因很多,我们从音乐工作者自身来看,主要是我们创作的儿童歌曲数量不足,质量不适,传播更差。学校小文化环境受社会大文化环境影响很大,这需要从社会音乐生活、家庭音乐生活及学校音乐生活三方面来解决。不综合整治是不能收效的。至于本文所说流行歌曲只是一个体裁概念,我们认为不太恰当或者说不够全面,这既有体裁问题也有内容问题。通俗音乐有很好的特性——易于普及,但普及到一定程度就有了提高问题。当然,不能老是“小放牛”,也不能老是“人手足刀尺”,一旦普及了,立即就有一个提高问题。至于孩子(特别是幼儿)适不适合总是唱“有劲”的歌曲而不及其他,更有一个教育工作的问题。教育是人类最具目的性的社会行为,这不能完全只考虑儿童“喜欢不喜欢”的问题……。总之,这一问题牵涉问题很多,又很重要,值得深入讨论,更需要作曲工作者本着对社会、人民、国家和下一代的成长的责任感,写出更多更好的作品。 Children’s song issue is an important issue.
