以微带缝隙耦合天线为基本模型设计反射波相位可重构的天线单元。通过改变加载在微带线上的变容二极管的两端电压改变变容二极管内部电容以重构反射波相位,从而降低飞行器的雷达反射截面值,提高天线的隐身性能。研究表明:设计的可重构天线单元,不仅能够改变反射波相位达到358度,还可以同时作为发射单元,其方向系数高,与发射信号匹配好、增益高。
The microstrip patch antenna is taken as the basic model to design the reconfigurable antenna unit with reflected wave phase. By changing the voltage across the varactor and changing the internal capacitance of the varactor to reconstruct the phase of the reflected wave, the cross section of the radar can be reduced and the stealth performance of the antenna can be improved. The results show that the designed reconfigurable antenna unit can not only change the phase of the reflected wave to 358 degrees, but also serve as the transmitting unit at the same time with high directional coefficient, matching with the transmitted signal and high gain.
